Christmas is my favorite time of year. I love the smell of gingerbread, the lights in everyone's windows at night, watching my kids in awe of all the wonderful decorations everywhere and all the Christmas songs on 105.7. But the one thing I have never wanted in my yard are those huge blow up Santas or snowmen. Well, Steve and I don't disagree about too much, but on this one issue we are polar opposites. So lucky for me, Steve comes home every year with a new blow up decoration and sneaks outside to put it in our front yard. Well, this year was no different so when I was inside reading for the boys one night, we saw him jumping around in the snow with my dad (and yes a lot of laughing from the two of them) setting up 2 new blow ups. A santa and a nutcracker that he had let the boys pick out at Lowes. I was so furious!! (Yes, that's his favorite part...seeing me get so upset over something so silly) We finally made an agreement that they could be in the backyard, then the boys could enjoy them and I wouldn't have to look at them all day in my front yard.
