Photoshoot

Have been so busy lately with the holidays and just adjusting to life with three kids that I have not even sent out Caroline's birth announcement. So I have been motivated the last few days to try to get a good photo of her... which is harder than it seems. I think I just don't understand the delay in my camera. I can get her to smile so cute but by the time the photo gets taken it's about 30 seconds later and her look has completely changed or a hand is in her mouth...so after about 100 shots here are some cute and funny ones that I thought i would share.

Clearly at the end of our little photoshoot she was quite sick of it and was ready to take a nice little nap!

Pirate Snowman

Here's our Pirate Snowman that the boys made with dad a few weeks ago during the first snow of the season. They just love being outside playing in the snow...they're true Scandinavians!!

Caroline...10 weeks!

So time has flown by since our little girl was born. She is now a happy, smily little girl. She truly is the sweetest little girl and we love her so much! Thomas goes up to her all the time and says "cutie, cutie, cutie, you are so cute". He just adores her. And Christopher constantly gives her kisses and tells her she's his favorite little sister in the whole world!

Santa comes to the house!

We had a wonderful Christmas this year. My parents and brother came to visit us and it was so incredible to have them here for a full 10 days!! Here are some photos of the kids from our time with them...Christopher is 4, Thomas is 2 1/2 and Caroline is 10 weeks...it's gone so fast already! These are some photos of Santa when he came to visit us on Christmas Eve. Thomas was very scared in the beginning, but as you can tell he warmed up to him by the end of his visit. Christopher was extremely excited about Santa this year and couldn't wait for him to visit us!

Blow up Santa's

Christmas is my favorite time of year. I love the smell of gingerbread, the lights in everyone's windows at night, watching my kids in awe of all the wonderful decorations everywhere and all the Christmas songs on 105.7. But the one thing I have never wanted in my yard are those huge blow up Santas or snowmen. Well, Steve and I don't disagree about too much, but on this one issue we are polar opposites. So lucky for me, Steve comes home every year with a new blow up decoration and sneaks outside to put it in our front yard. Well, this year was no different so when I was inside reading for the boys one night, we saw him jumping around in the snow with my dad (and yes a lot of laughing from the two of them) setting up 2 new blow ups. A santa and a nutcracker that he had let the boys pick out at Lowes. I was so furious!! (Yes, that's his favorite part...seeing me get so upset over something so silly) We finally made an agreement that they could be in the backyard, then the boys could enjoy them and I wouldn't have to look at them all day in my front yard.

Mormor and Morfar's Visit

We had an awesome visit with our grandparents in November. Mommy was very thankful for all the help and of course a chance to be with her parents and the boys just loved having someone to play with constantly and Caroline certainly didn't mind being held all the time! We just love them so much!!!

Halloween

It's been a while since I posted, life's been a little busy the last 10 weeks. But I wanted to share some of our latest experiences!
Here's some photos of my two superheroes. Christopher was Batman and Thomas was Spiderman. Grandma found these 2 costumes for us and we just loved them so much!! The boys had lots of superpowers that they were using and got lots of candy!
Caroline stayed home as she was only 2 weeks old!
